ITT Safety, Security, Health, Eenviroment & Quality Policy

At ITT the highest priority is the safety and health of our employees, customers, suppliers, and community where we conduct business.  We also make great efforts to protect the environment in which we live and work.  Our commitment to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality is an integral part of our core values.

We strive to maintain the highest quality in each step of our daily activities.  Our customer’s expectations and requirements are highly regarded and we will continue to improve our processes in respect to safety, health, environment, and quality.

As part of this commitment we will train our employees to identify, analyze, prevent and eliminate potential situations that could negatively affect the quality of our services, put the environment at risk, or compromise the health and safety of ITT’s employees, customers, suppliers and the community where we operate.

ITT will continuously promote an organizational cultural, and will establish the required managerial practices towards our objectives of an incident free work place and a clean environmental record.

Our public commitment to SHEQ Policy is reflected by the strict adherence to the safety, health and environmental regulations where we operate.

Our line managers’ responsibility is to demonstrate a visible commitment to ITT’s SHEQ Policy, and to enforce its implementation with company’s employees.

At ITT we expect every employee to contribute to the prevention of accidents or incidents by     reporting, analyzing and controlling SHEQ hazards present in our supply chain, and correcting any potential situation that could adversely affect the quality of our services.

The management of ITT is committed to training of our staff to our utmost capability, practicing proper safety through our Behavior Based Safety Program, and finding and correcting all non-conformances.

Objectives:

  • Ensure safe and secure work environments for our employees.
  • Protect Company facilities, physical and intellectual property through a process of managing and mitigating security risks.
  • Develop and maintain security-related policies, procedures, standards and guidelines to assist Company decision makers in improving protections and reducing potential security threats
  • Provide an effective process for reporting security incidents and violations and for conducting timely investigation of complaints.
  • Establish and maintain Emergency Response plans and operation functions.
  • Periodical review of the security risks when needed.
